At Olale Tours and Travels Ltd, we value transparency and strive to ensure that our clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please read our terms and conditions carefully:

Booking and Payments:

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

The balance must be paid at least 7 days before the start of the trip.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 21 days prior to the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 21 days before the trip will incur a 25% fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made 48 hours before the trip.

Liability:

Olale Tours and Travels Ltd is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage of property during the trip.

Clients are advised to have personal travel insurance.

Itinerary Changes:

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or park regulations.

Code of Conduct:

Clients are expected to respect local customs, wildlife, and fellow travelers.

Failure to comply may result in termination of services without a refund.
